How do I get started?
Book a free assessment, or email or call me. I'll get back to you as soon as possible to arrange a time.
Should I choose video or telephone?
Whichever feels most comfortable. Some people like to see a face; others find it easier to talk without a camera. You can switch at any time.
Is it confidential?
Yes. Safety, trust and confidentiality are at the heart of my practice. I'll explain exactly how confidentiality works in our first session.
Do you work with people with a disability?
Yes, and it's close to my heart. I live with Spinal Muscular Atrophy, which sparked my passion for working with people living with disability or impairment.
Where are you based?
Warrington, Cheshire. Because sessions are by video or telephone, you can work with me from anywhere in the UK.
